Ms. Kennedy has experience in tracking processes and she is familiar with the accountability and responsibility for developing and evaluating program goals and objectives as set out by funding agencies. Title III provides her with the tools for program management, meeting objectives, and budget development. Ms. Kennedy exhibits great individual and team performance, and would be an asset to your program.     Perry Herrington, past president, National Association for HBCU Title III Administrators, Inc.

The two consultants provided services comfortably within a tradition of consultative management. Leadership, as a team member, was evident by the collaborative relationships with faculty and staff. They assisted our institution with goal-oriented leadership while making a positive and lasting contribution. The assessment provided a foundation for realigning activities, evaluating personnel, analyzing data for external and internal reporting.

Sister Kennedy developed a website for our church and it is awesome! We had her to follow-up with a work session for anyone who might be interested in learning more about the interactive features. Members from all age ranges attended and appeared to enjoy the session. We are very pleased with the quality of Sister Kennedy's work and would recommend her services to anyone interested in having a website.        Pastor Roy Wesley Sr., New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Macon Georgia.

PMKennedy and Associates evaluated the College Cost Reduction and Access Act grant program at the University of the Virgin Islands in 2011.  The company's approach, methodology and professionalism contributed to a thorough report that was submitted to the US Education Department, documenting the accomplishments of the two-year grant program.

I recently obtained Ms. Kennedy's services in the review, editing and proofreading of my debut novel, "In the Belly of the Mountain."  I was very impressed with her professionalism and valuable counsel. I look forward to working with Ms. Kennedy again in the development of my author website.
